Hello!
This is a concept for an autonomous helicopter designed as a vanguard air unit. It is well suited for reconnaissance and with it claws it is also able to interact with its environment. It can also substitude as a utility and transport vehicle for low to medium loads.
I started out on paper with the concept for this vehicle. In Blender I created a rought mockup and tried to get the general proportions right. After I was happy with the basics I started to model all the parts. Meshmachine turned out to be an useful addition to my toolbelt, make sure to check it out if you havent yet. In the end I textured the model in Substance Painter and rendered to images in Cycles.
